Delivery, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

These policies explain how customers receive access, request refunds, and cancel recurring services.

Delivery policy

This is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Subscription access is delivered to the customer account immediately after successful payment verification, and confirmation is shown in-app and sent by email when available.

Refund policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the trial period, except for billing errors, duplicate charges, technical outages preventing access for more than 48 hours, or qualifying cancellations made within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law or explicitly approved under the refund policy.
